Practical Nursing:
General nursing provides essential medical care for individuals who require continuous health monitoring and support. This includes managing medications, tracking vital signs, and ensuring overall well-being to promote stability and recovery.
At Care to you our skilled nurses conduct routine visits—typically lasting about an hour—to assess vital signs, evaluate medication effectiveness, and monitor the patient’s condition. Depending on individual needs, these visits can be scheduled daily, weekly, or as required to provide the highest level of care.
Health management:
If a patient develops a new illness unrelated to their existing condition, Angels will promptly coordinate with their family and healthcare provider. We ensure seamless communication to discuss treatment options, adjust medications as needed, and implement any necessary daily monitoring to support the patient’s recovery.
24 hour care
Care to you offers a customized 24-hour caregiving service at an affordable rate for those in need of continuous care. Every caregiver we recommend is highly qualified and/or has significant experience in providing compassionate support. In addition to attending to the patient’s health needs, caregivers can assist with basic household tasks such as light cleaning and meal preparation. However, their primary role is to ensure the patient’s well-being, not to serve as domestic workers.
